The Coffee Detour.

I didn’t expect to find myself working in coffee after graduating with a graphic design degree but it turns out, it was exactly where I was meant to be. What started as a detour has become a major source of inspiration.

Over the past few years in coffee production, I’ve handled countless single origin coffee sacks, admired the craftsmanship of a 1929 Probat roaster in action, and taken in the thoughtful details of every label that’s passed through my hands. These experiences have deeply influenced my creative practice by inspiring illustrations, shaping my appreciation for packaging, and helping me bridge two of my biggest passions: coffee and design.

Curiosity with every sip.

Huge thanks to Anomaly Coffee and the local coffee community for choosing my work to be featured on this special set of coffee bags. These illustrations are meant to spark curiosity with every sip; reflecting the vibrant character of both the packaging and the small-batch, single-origin beans inside. I’m honored to have contributed to a project that celebrates craft, community, and creativity.
